The objective of the proposed research is to develop a reliable procedure to ensure the quality of pavement structural assessments with TSDD devices. The use of TSDD is an emerging technology for pavement evaluation and pavement management, and Michael Baker is one of the earliest firms to leverage this technology for clients.
